35 - 14 days prior to noon on the date of arrival: 35% of the bed night(s) canceled will be charged for.
14 - 7 days prior to noon on the date of arrival: 50% of the bed night(s) canceled will be charged for.
7 – 2 days prior to noon on the date of arrival: 75% of the bed night(s) canceled will be charged for.
Within 48 hours from noon on the date of arrival or in case of No Show: 100% of the total invoice will be charged for.
During your stay: 100% of the bed night(s) canceled will be charged for.
For any bookings that fall within the Christmas Supplement period, full cancellation (100%) will be charged for applicable to all bed nights cancelled.
